Our Story

DCI started with two students from a small kitchen of a three bedroom apartment of the Founder Ladipo Ayodeji (Chef Dee)

With our much detailed cuisine masterclass and the introduction of Dahlia patisserie , we have grown to over 150 students yearly, with a new kitchen structure that accommodates 50 students at a go.

Dee Culinary Institute stands as one of the best culinary schools in Nigeria, giving foundational knowledge, grooming and equipping individuals with the skills needed to understand the art of food in all forms and the ability to create and recreate the finest cuisines all across the globe.

Our goal is to redefine the culinary standard in our local environment and motivate our students to explore different culinary traditions all around the world.

Ladipo Ayodeji

CEO

Ladipo Ayodeji aka Chef Dee is the CEO/Head Chef of Dee Culinary Institute. My vision is to uplift the culinary culture of Nigeria & Africa , blending innovative skills and techniques of the other world as well as inspiring the next generation of great Chefs who truly desire to push above the line. From over 10 years experience as a self taught Chef and Culinary director , I realised education is important but passion is the key to success in any culinary adventure. Having trained over 500 students in 7 years of running a culinary school and the multitude that I have inspired across the world. I can boldly say that I have dedicated myself and contributed greatly into the culinary profession.

My vision sets beyond this lines As I am looking forward to great and strategic brand partners and many more local and international collaborations.

Ladipo Ajibola is Head Chef, Dahlia Patisserie. Ajibola is a natural genius that surpass all expectations, her passion for pastry is distinctive. She embodies the science of baking, well equipped with the craft behind making all forms of classical pastry all across the globe.
